We had a really amazing dinner. The “aperitivo cenato” let’s you taste large parts of their menus (10 courses) with tiny, tasty bites. Brilliant idea and we’ll executed. We also had the lamb cheek, which was just wonderful, and finished with one of the most amazing desserts I’ve ever had: a genziana mousse with a saffron and apple warm marmalade. Brilliant, well balanced, just the best. Top notch service and gorgeous location.
Nice restaurant, some aspects that can be improved (for example the fixtures of the internal courtyard but ok let's say they are a subjective choice).

Truly incredible taste experience. A menu based on typical ingredients of the L'Aquila area, reworked in a modern key but with great respect for tradition. The gentian dessert is a real touch of class, an "unusual" flavor that closes the meal in a sublime way, leaving the mouth fresh and clean.
